Amy's wedding. Cadbury Chocolate Carnival. Susan's 30th birthday. Live Earth.

It's been a busy day in my personal sphere and the larger world. Supposedly this is the biggest wedding day of the year. Sadly I had to celebrate two special friends' big events from afar this year, but John and I had a great weekend exploring museums, chocolate, and fun cafes in our home away from home of Dunedin.

We also caught some of the Live Earth concert. I'm curious about how the rest of the world is reacting to the event. I just signed their pledge. Though I already try to do all of the things on their list, there's always room for improvement. I have questions about the carbon footprint of putting this whole thing on, but I do like the mission.
